Associate Professor Troy Gianduzzo

Surgeon of Excellence in Robotic Surgery

A/Prof Gianduzzo is a recognised leader in prostate surgery and is internationally accredited as a Surgeon of Excellence in Robotic Surgery by the U.S. based Surgical Review Corporation.

He is an experienced keyhole surgeon, having performed over 1,000 major robotic +/- laparoscopic urological procedures. He is also the national secretary of the Australian and New Zealand Association of Urological Surgeons.

On a personal note, Troy was born and raised in Queensland and completed his medical degree at the University of Queensland.

Troy is also an accomplished classical guitarist and is currently preparing his ATCL performance diploma through Trinity College London.

A/Prof Gianduzzo specialises in the diagnosis and treatment of prostate cancer.
